About the Leading Growth Programme
The fully funded* programme for business leaders in the Tees Valley Creative and Cultural sector offers an innovative approach to learning combining a range of learning experiences, including workshops with expert facilitators and action learning sets. You will also receive three hours of one-to-one business coaching. You will meet and learn with a range of different businesses from around the region.
The opportunities for this networking will allow you to enhance your leadership and management skills, improve your confidence, enable a more strategic approach to business, and improve your delegation and communication skills. What’s more, you will be able to access our extensive support networks. All workshops are full days, and Action Learning Sets are half days.
This practical programme has been reshaped for the creative sectors with the help of previous participants and local partners, with content designed to assist with some of the opportunities and challenges the sector faces.
“Leading Growth has been amazing! The course has helped me to develop leadership and management skills that could easily be adapted to any workforce. Learning to understand yourself and your own motivations helps managers to understand and support the needs of others much more effectively. I would recommend this course to everyone!”
Michelle Tierney, FRADE
“The Leading Growth Programme gave me the opportunity to take the time out and really focus on my business. I took a lot away from the sessions that were ran and met a lovely group of people in the process. I would highly recommend this programme.”
