Helping you harness the power of creative thinking to explore challenges from different perspectives, and reveal exciting new opportunities for you and the business you work in. The programme is designed to be creatively stimulating, confidence inspiring and highly adaptable to a very broad range of businesses.
Through 4 creative and energising online sessions, each lasting 3 hours, we will work with you to:
- Build a comprehensive picture of your business, your values and passions, vision and ideas for development.
- Explore and clarify a range of opportunities that complement your own expertise and develop a vision for your ideas.
- Understand your innovation readiness – what success will look and feel like, and collaboratively creating an outline of how to get there.
- Reflect on the journey through the sessions, evaluate the outcomes of the programme, and generate useful feedback.
