About this event

Join us on Zoom as we explore the world of comics, graphic novel storytelling, illustration and communication, with some established and rising stars of the industry, based in the North East.

Comics culture now dominates popular culture, with characters and stories from Marvel and DC comics and others generating billions of dollars at the cinema box office. Graphic novels are also now considered high art forms of publishing, as well as effective means of communicating factual information for marketing, public relations and public safety. But who are the creators of this content, and how can new artists and writers enter the industry?
